50 YEARS IN BUSINESS
Fort Myers & TAMPA
WHERE HONESTY, COMMITMENT, AND PROFESSIONALISM MATTERS.

FRANK & NANCY LAND
FOUNDERS
Royal Auction Group started off as Land Realty, Inc. in 1970, founded by Frank E. Land, a Fort Myers native. Frank turned his real estate business into an auction business opening up new opportunities to service Southwest Florida. Over time the company transitioned tp Land Auction Service and what is today, Royal Auction Group.
Frank was very passionate about his Faith and his family. Frank and his wife Nancy Land were married for over
60 years while running the business and raising a family. Nancy has always been a part of Frank's business ventures and managed the books. Nancy is still a part of the day-to-day operations in the office and during auction days.

In 2014 the company shifted ownership to Brandon Roy, Frank's Grandson after his passing. Since 2014 we have shifted our focus and grown the company from 2 employees, to 30 employees in multiple locations throughout Florida in 2020. We continue to still operate as a family owned business.

Brandon has always had a passion for auctions and heavy equipment since a young age with his grandfather's guidance. Brandon's experience serving in the United States Marine Corps Infantry and working in the Auction/Heavy Equipment Industry has been crucial to the company's success.
BRANDON ROY
CEO PRESIDENT

What started in 1970 is now the largest equipment and machinery government surplus & consignment public auction
in Southern Florida.

Royal Auction Group strives to go above and beyond to achieve superior customer satisfaction. Whether you're a short tie down strap, need a hand unloading or starting your equipment, our staff will drop what we're doing to make it happen.
BRANDON & JULIA ROY
GOV'T SURPLUS & CONSIGNMENT AUCTION

Royal Auction Group has worked hard over the past six years to acquired
8 government consignors. Why would government consignors matter? Government contracts mean we have a steady flow of assets for the general public. These assets are well maintained, and sell ABSOLUTE. What does absolute mean? Click here for Auction Terms Glossary
HOW DOES OUR AUCTION WORK?
RAG receives items from government & city contracts, local businesses, and the general public to sell.
Anyone can buy items from our auction. We are open to the general public. We accept all forms of payment, excluding all cryptocurrency.
