50 YEARS IN BUSINESS
Fort Myers & TAMPA
WHERE HONESTY, COMMITMENT, AND PROFESSIONALISM MATTERS.
Royal Auction Group started off as Land Realty, Inc. in 1970, founded by Frank E. Land, a Fort Myers native. Over time the company transitioned to Land Auction Service, opening up new opportunities to service Southwest Florida with a life time's worth of experience.
Frank was very passionate about his Faith and his family. Frank and Nancy Land were married for over
60 years and have two daughters. Nancy has always been a part of Frank's business ventures and managed the books. Nancy is still a part of the day-to-day operations in the office and during auction days.
FRANK & NANCY LAND
In 2014 the company shifted ownership to Brandon Roy, Frank's Grandson after his passing. Since 2014 we have shifted our focus and grown the company from 2 employees, to 20 employees in 2020. We continue to still operate as a family owned business.
Brandon has always had a passion for auctions and heavy equipment since a young age. Brandon's experience serving in the United States Marine Corps and working in the Auction/Heavy Equipment Industry has been crucial to the company's success.
Royal Auction Group has worked hard over the past six years to acquired 27 government contracts. Why would government contracts matter? Government contracts mean we have a steady flow of assets for the general public. These assets are well maintained, and sell ABSOLUTE. What does absolute mean? Click here for Auction Terms Glossary
